Ricecutter’s Lager reunites our head brewer with his friends back in the Yukon at Woodcutter’s Brewing to make a unique collab beer. Rice Flakes were added to the grain bill to lighten the malt character and it was dry hopped with Lemondrop and Mandarina Bavaria for a subtle burst of citrus. This delicate lager tastes best under the late night sun.
