Our goal is high drinkability in every beer we make. Sometimes we reach next-level drinkability. Occasionally we hit quaffable. This beer is hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc to maximize white wine-like fruit character. It is pale yellow in color with a hint of gooseberry and white wine grape on the nose with a clean, refreshing finish. .
