24 Month Mixed Fermentation Blend — Mon Chester is a Mixed Fermentation blend featuring the unique characteristics of Sicilian red wine barrels. The beer is fermented in these incredibly flavourful barrels for 24 months which imparts a huge amount of the bright fruity flavours from these warm weather Sicilian red wines. These flavours caught the attention of our good friend Tom Chester so much that we named the beer after him. The result is a beer with bombastic raspberry fruitiness, juicy citrus, rose water aromatics, and candy like intensity. These flavours are highlighted by a bright, tart acidity and fleeting dry finish. We hope you like it!
