3-Pack Gift Box: Barrel-Aged Collection

This gift box features the three 375ml bottles from the Meadows series: Buffalo Meadows, Yukon Meadows, and Yukon Meadows (Peated). The base beer for each of these is a dark lager that was cool-fermented in stainless steel with Alberta blossom honey and bee pollen. The beers were then aged in different types of barrels, allowing you to taste the difference the spirits make.

Buffalo Meadows
9.7% ABV — This dark lager was aged for 10 months in fresh Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels. It features dark fruit notes, and complex salinity, with a warming finish.

Yukon Meadows
10.5% ABV — 2022 Yukon Meadows was made using Two Brewers Whisky barrels. The whisky from these barrels was well-balanced with a hint of peat. This beer is rich and chocolatey with gentle boozy warming finish.

Yukon Meadows (Peated)
10.5% ABV — 2022 Yukon Meadows (Peated) was also made using Two Brewers Whisky barrels. The Whisky from these barrels was well-balanced and moderately peated. The peat in this beer is prominent, but not overpowering; it melds delightfully with the warming alcohol and rich roasty malt.
