Fruitful Pursuits Quince 2022 is a blend of Mixed & Spontaneous Fermentation barrels refermented on quince. This unique fruit was suggested to us by Steve & Dan’s Fresh BC Fruit and has become a favourite. The blend of 1, 2 & 3 year barrels refermented for 2 months with hundreds of kilograms of ripe quince. The fruit adds punchy floral, honey, and pear-like flavour and aroma. It brings exceptional texture with a full and velvety tannin structure that coats the palate, complimented by the poppy acidity and ester fruitiness of the blend.
