Made with Delaware and Niagara grapes from Yamagata Prefecture. The Delaware grapes are destemmed and skin-contacted for 24 hours, and Niagara and Delaware grapes are skin-contacted for 12 hours. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. Aging period is approximately 7 months. Fermented with wild yeast, unclarified, unfiltered, and no antioxidants added.
The taste is based on the fresh, sweet and sour taste of table grapes, with a freshness like a Japanese pear. The aftertaste has a salty taste, soft tannins, and a green aftertaste, which tightens the overall balance.

To match the refreshing aroma of the wine, dishes that use green-scented leafy vegetables as an accent, and dishes that make use of the sweet and sour and fresh image of the wine and have a citrus scent.
