100% grapes from Yamagata Prefecture are used. Delaware and Niagara grapes that have been skin-fermented for 8 days are blended with Delaware grapes that have been in skin contact for 12 hours. Delaware juice is added back before bottling to adjust the sugar content, and fermentation continues in the bottle. No added antioxidants.
