Niagara, Delaware, and Neo Muscat grapes from Nanyo City, Yamagata Prefecture were harvested at the same time and crushed immediately. After 12 hours of skin contact, they were gently pressed. After about 2-3 weeks of alcoholic fermentation, the Delaware grapes were pressed as is and blended. Before bottling, Delaware juice was added back in to adjust the sugar content and re-fermented in the bottle.
This frizzante is characterized by its aromatic aroma derived from Niagara and Muscat varieties.
Grapes are 100% from Nanyo, Yamagata. The wine is a blend of Niagara, Delaware, Neo Muscat and direct pressed Delaware after 12 hours of skin contact. Fermented in stainless steel vats. Then bottled with 12g/L of residual sugar for a light petillant effect. Literally aromatic and refreshing crisp wine.
