6 Month Gin Barrel-Aged Ale — Kook Birds makes its third appearance in our lineup; once again as a delightful ale. We put our Uncharted Citra in Pinot Gin barrels from our pals at Strathcona Spirits to age for 6 months. The result is a delightful and effervescent pale beer with a citrus light hop intermingled by gin botanicals. The finish is crisp and dry with lingering overripe fruit. We hope you like it.
